Federal dollars are allocated annually to districts across the state through the Mississippi Department of Education to positively impact academic improvement by helping low-achieving children meet challenging academic achievement standards. This is done by submission of an application approved by MDE.
Coffeeville School District's approved FY 15 Federal Programs Application is available for viewing.
Data will be compiled to prepare the Consolidated Federal Programs Application for the upcoming year, and a draft copy of Coffeeville School District’s FY16 Federal Programs application will be available for viewing in April. The draft application will contain the proposed individual program goals, objectives, and planned expenditures and amounts for Title I and Title II for the 2015-2016 school year.
A copy of the Coffeeville School District’s Parental Involvement Policy is also available.
These documents will remain available for public viewing, comments, and suggestions for changes each day from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00. A public meeting to solicit final comments on the application and the parental involvement policy will take place in May. Specific information regarding the date, time and place is to come. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
